“Prasadam”, now here’s a new word for most of you! It is actually a Sanskrit word, and literally it means “mercy.” But we yogis take it in a more specific sense, to indicate great, karma-free food prepared with love and devotion. We’re talking about ideal nourishment, both for your body and soul as well. From the nutritional point of view, this fare is balanced and replete with the vitamins and minerals needed. And, in keeping with the mood here, the menu is international and is different each week. We also make sure to keep your meal mildly spiced (we don’t overdo it), so it is easily digestible. It is also (last but not least) a compassionate way to eat, as it is completely vegetarian.
